Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://personalaudio.in/ website or "My Audio" Alexa skill(the "Service(s)") operated by personalaudio ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service(s) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service(s).
By accessing or using the Service(s) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may choose not to access the Service(s).
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service(s).
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service(s) and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service(s) or a third-party Service(s).
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
My Audio provides a monthly free allowance and optional paid access. The price, currency and access duration for each paid plan are displayed on our website before payment.
Each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected duration. We do not automatically renew your subscription or charge you again. Payments are processed through Razorpay or PayPal, depending on the selected currency.
Paid access is activated after successful payment verification. If you purchase additional time while your paid access is active, the purchased duration extends your existing expiry date.
My Audio provides 20 free audio plays each calendar month. This allowance resets at the beginning of each month, based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Unused free plays do not carry over to the next month.
One free unit is used when a playback request is authorised and sent for playback. Playing a whole playlist counts as one unit. A playback failure does not automatically restore the unit. Playback during valid paid access does not consume your monthly free allowance.
We encourage you to use the free allowance to check that your audio files play correctly before purchasing paid access.
When paid access expires, you can continue using any remaining monthly free allowance. Your uploaded audio files are not deleted solely because your paid access has expired.
We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable listening experience. If you experience problems playing your audio files, including issues caused by an unsupported audio format, contact myaudio@personalaudio.in, and we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please submit any refund request within 15 days of your purchase date, including your payment or order reference, purchase date and a description of the problem. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a software issue on our side prevents you from using the purchased service and we cannot resolve it, we will offer a refund for the affected purchase. We will communicate the outcome of your request by email.
We aim to process approved refunds within 15 days of approval, through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
Nothing in these Terms, including the refund request window or any limitation of liability, limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Our Service(s) may contain links to third-party web sites or Services that are not owned or controlled by personalaudio / "My Audio".
personalaudio / "My Audio" has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that personalaudio / "My Audio" shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service(s) immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

The Service(s) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and the use of the Service(s) is at your own risk. personalaudio / "my audio" makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Service(s), or any Service(s) or information provided through the Service(s). personalaudio / "my audio" is not responsible for any damages, injury or economic loss arising from the use of the content or Service(s) provided by personalaudio / "my audio".
In no event will personalaudio / "my audio" be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or economic loss arising out of the Service(s) or in connection with your website or any other Service(s)s or products provided to you. personalaudio / "my audio", its officers, directors and employees shall in no way be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the Service(s) or of your website.
You agree to indemnify and hold personalaudio / "my audio", its affiliates, sponsors, partners, directors, officers and employees harmless from and against, and to reimburse personalaudio / "my audio" with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement or use by you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service(s), and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service(s).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 5 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service(s) after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service(s).
